Wills & Estates Services

Today we have the gift of time to sort out the way your property will be distributed and who will take care of your family after your death. Having a Will gives you the control to choose who receives your property and ensures that your wishes for your family are followed.

Part of preparing for the future also includes deciding who you want to make medical and financial decisions on your behalf if you are not able to. This is where having a Personal Directive and Enduring Power of Attorney can give you the confidence in knowing that your medical and financial wishes will be followed.

ESTATE BUNDLE

Will, Personal Directive & Enduring Power of Attorney

My office follows a straightforward process to create your Will, Personal Directive and Enduring Power of Attorney. In working together, here is what you can expect:

  • We begin by helping you clarify your intent and gather all information needed to prepare a complete plan. You will receive a “getting to know you” form to fill out that will help advance this process.
  • Next we set a budget for your Estate Bundle preparation that you’re at ease with and formalize our working relationship. We will discuss at length your wishes and the relevant legal requirements as they relate to your situation.
  • Finally, as we work towards completing your Estate Bundle, you will be provided with specific legal advice as it relates to your particular life circumstances and wishes. Any questions or uncertainties you have will be addressed.

When we meet to finalize your Estate Bundle, you will be assured that your vision was captured in writing.
